4. Accounts and Billing

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
The Service operates on a pre-paid credit system. Credits are purchased securely via Stripe.
Refund Policy: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5. User Content and Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership to the documents, contracts, and data you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a temporary, limited license solely to process and analyze the documents as requested by you.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload the documents provided to the Service.

In no event shall Sheyget, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
