We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

  • Identity Data: First name, last name, username, or Google profile information if you authenticate via Google OAuth.
  • Contact Data: Email address.
  • Financial Data: We do not store your credit card information. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.
  • Content Data: Documents, contracts, and PDFs that you upload for AI analysis.

3. How We Use Your Data & Documents

We use your data strictly to provide and improve our services. Specifically regarding your uploaded documents:

  • Documents uploaded to Sheyget are processed exclusively to provide the requested AI analysis and reporting.
  • We do NOT use your private documents to train public AI models.
  • Your documents are securely stored in our cloud infrastructure (Supabase) and are only accessible by you.

4. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. All authentication and database storage is securely managed via Supabase.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate our application safely:

  • Stripe: Used for secure payment processing and credit purchasing.
  • Google Cloud: Used for OAuth authentication ("Sign in with Google").
  • Supabase: Used for database hosting, secure document storage, and authentication.

6. Your Legal Rights

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, erasure, or restriction of processing of your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated documents, please contact our support.
